Her email is on the same account as mine which is back working ok. We have uninstalled and re-installed the BT Mail app with no result. Was your email account set up from your parent's current BT Broadband account? If neither then you may only ne able to access your email using web mail via a browser This is not the first time i have had the exact same problem, it happened around 3 weeks ago as well. Without re-entering it, Outlook is now, once more, happy with the existing password.

Previously on logging in the Inbox opened. Are you able to try using a different browser on your Chromebook to see if the same thing happens? But the part about deleting the Favourite and resaving from the BT Home Page link has not resolved it for standard browser windows. I've had this issue for over two week on one laptop.
Related Search Result Mapping
Nothing happens when I press Login after entering my credentials or after a long wait I get the "too many requests" response. When I do eventually get to the log-in page it takes forever to load. The settings within Gmail allow you to select your default account and you can choose your BT address if you wish.

It doesn't help that I have Basic email and therefore not even recognised as a customer on bt.com … I've had exactly the same problem for a week i.e. can log-in via mobile but not via laptop. @stevensalter1 Is your issue when trying to access webmail too? The Bing search URL found at images.webSearchUrl in the official API can be found at inline_images.see_more_link in ours. Returned in the relatedSearches.value key (array of related searches) in the official API, our API returns the equivalent in the top level related_searches key (array of related searches). The Bing search URL that would be found under webPages.webSearchUrl in the official API can be found under search_metadata.bing_url in our API. Next we're going to authenticate via the api_key query parameter and remove the headers entirely as they're not necessary for any calls to our endpoint.

If you delete your bookmark in the normal window and then use the link at the top of this forum to login and subsequently bookmark it, all will be fine in a normal window.
